How do I set up new listing alerts and save a search?

  1. New listing alerts can be set after performing a search on LoopNet.

  2. Once you’ve entered your desired search criteria, click the Save Search button at the top right of your search results page.

  3. Give your saved search a memorable title that will be used in the subject line of your new listing alert emails.

  4. Choose whether you would like to receive weekly or daily updates and click Save.

Note: You can stop your new listing alert emails at any time by clicking the Saved Search & Alerts option in the drop down menu below your name on the top right of LoopNet pages and selecting the Off button on the desired alert.
